Qualifications
Preferably graduated from engineering departments of universities
Fluent in English,
Experienced in purchasing raw materials, operating materials, consumables (packaging, chemicals, etc.) for production,
Proficient in MS Office programs,
Knowledge of foreign trade and customs legislation,
Ability to work systematically, regularly and organize
Having planning, coordination and work follow-up skills, Business and solution oriented,
Residing around Esenyurt, Avcılar and Beylikdüzü on the European Side of Istanbul,
Job Description
Management and reporting of general purchasing activities,
Planning and carrying out purchasing transactions according to demands from other departments,
Monitoring and reporting stock levels of materials,
Following up all transactions by working in coordination with the customs consultancy,
Following and carrying out all operations (customs, transportation, paperwork, etc.) during the import processes until the products enter our warehouse from the supplier company,
Carrying out Logistics Planning activities,
Coordinated work with the Finance department for raw material supplier payments,
Commissioning new suppliers by working in coordination with R&D and Quality units,
Daily and weekly reporting of the transactions made,
Residing around Esenyurt, Beylikdüzü, Avcılar, Sefaköy,
not over 40 years old,
No obstacle to overtime or shift work,
Prone to teamwork and responsible,
For male candidates who are not related to military service,
At least secondary school graduate,
To be trained (for unskilled personnel candidates),
Experienced in lamination and slicing (for operator candidates),
Eager to learn and want to improve themselves,
We are looking for production personnel and process quality control personnel.
